" I thought there were wolves in Yellowstone?"
"As an adolescent I was a service brat fortunate to have visited many places and seen many things. While in Japan I developed an affinity for order especially nature and its secrets. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and may create a thousand thoughts. Through my lens I try to capture and preserve some of these precious moments. But often enough I find myself simply awed by Mother Nature's abode and her many secrets. An attempt to capture a small part of this world humbles me, but as an artist this is what I do."

In 1972, while living in Japan, Kevin received a 35mm camera as a gift which sparked his love of nature photography. Dedicated to bringing the beauty and wonders of the natural world to others, Kevin hopes that the viewer will walk away with a greater appreciation and understanding of the natural world, that is so often taken for granted.

Thankful for the recognition he has received in local and national competitions, it is to his subjects that Kevin is forever grateful.
