All disputes between the parties arising under this Agreement shall be finally decided through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa. Pawprint Productions shall retain the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in Pawprint Productions’ opinion, such action is necessary or desireable. The prevailing party in any dispute under or in connection with this Agreement will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and costs of proceedings.
